Shipping Policy

Order Acceptance Policy
All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by BLOOMING FLORIST SDN BHD, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without providing reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

Delivery Services and Cut –off Time
Same-Day Delivery in Klang Valley
Within Klang Valley, same day delivery is normally available from Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm) and Sunday or Public Holiday (10am to 6pm) on orders received before 5pm (Monday to Sat) or 3pm (Sunday and Public Holiday).

All orders will take minimum 4 hours to reach recipients from the time you made the order.

          If the customers wrongly input the postcode of the delivery address, we reserve the right to claim/adjust the delivery fee based on the correct postcode.

          Specific Delivery Timing

Kindly select specific time option if you require the order to be delivered on the specific time between 10am-7pm by paying higher delivery fee.  The delivery timing will be a plus or minus (+/-) 1 hour from the specific timing as requested depends on the weather and traffic condition and at least 4 hours from the time we received your order.

If you indicated specific delivery timing but do not pay higher fee, your request will be subject to availability.

If you require same day delivery for order placed after 5:00 pm, please call us directly at +603 7803 3333 or whatsapp to +6011-5698 3155. We’d gladly try our best to assist.        

Same-Day Delivery in Outstation
For outstation delivery, same day delivery is available from Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm) and Sunday or Public Holiday (10am to 3pm) on orders received before 12 noon. We will notify you if the order cannot be delivered on the same day. However in the event where the delivery location is too remote or unreachable by our branch, we will contact you before the intended delivery date to offer a full refund and cancellation of your order.

All orders will be delivered to the Recipient’s address submitted by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. Our delivery team will try their best to hand over the flowers/gifts to the named Recipient directly at the time of delivery.

          Request for Proof of Delivery or Invoice/Receipt
          You may request proof of delivery or invoice/receipt via email at [email protected] or whatsapp at +6011-56983155.  It’s subject to availability.   Verbal request is not accepted.  

Peak Floral Delivery days (Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day)
For peak flora delivery days, please order at least two (2) days in advance to make sure that delivery is on time. We will not be able to promise any special delivery time request as we will be expecting large volume of order. Our delivery team will send orders by batch based on their route, depending on the delivery areas and address.

International Orders
For deliveries outside Malaysia, please order two (2) working day in advance for timely delivery. Prices & products shown in our web site are for deliveries within Malaysia. Kindly email [email protected] for a quotation for International Deliveries Outside Malaysia. International Deliveries will be fulfilled through Interflora.

Price Adjustment During Peak Season
All prices shown and all transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
All prices shown are excluded delivery charge. Our delivery charges is based on your delivery address POSTCODE.
During the super peak season specifically Valentine’s Period (10th-15th February), due to the high demand worldwide, the flower cost will be increased multi-fold. Hence, we reserved the right to increase price accordingly during the Valentine’s Day period.

Alcoholic Items
Alcoholic items are strictly for non-Muslim buyers and recipients & above 21 years old.

Outstation Order
For outstation orders (outside of Klang Valley), we reserved the rights to replace the add-on items (eg chocolate, toys, balloon, wine, etc) in the case of stock runs out or due to unavailability. As the flower arrangement was prepared by our partner florist, we cannot guarantee the final arrangements visual presentation. The end arrangement could look different but rest assured that our partner florist do the best to ensure best results.

Blooming Substitution Policy
Each and every design is one-of-a-kind, created by an artisan florist using the freshest stems available on the day so, whilst your gift will look different to the one pictured, it’ll still be just as lovely.

All Products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to use substitute materials at equivalent or greater value and quality without any prior notice. In terms of special requests by customers, we will try to fulfill all requests to the best of our ability. For simple requests like changing the color of the flower or flower type, we will try our best to accommodate the request subject to the availability.

Offers and promotion codes
At our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.
In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of the purchased product subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a special offer, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. We are unable to offer special offer discounts for purchases that have already been made.
As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.
We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalized special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.
Discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following:
• Acts of God.
• Outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism.
• The act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent).
• Fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather.
• Power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles.
• Default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners.
• Theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and
• Any cause or circumstances whatsoever beyond Blooming Florist’s reasonable control.


Refund Policy

i )  Non Valentine Period (All delivery/pick-up date except 10th Feb – 15th Feb)

As our products are mostly perishable, please revert to us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with the product. All refund request will be dealt on a case by case basis. We will investigate the issue and assist further. Please take note that you will need to email us ([email protected]) the picture of the wilted/damaged/faulty product within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund/ replacement (if any).

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the delivery/pick-up date will not receive a refund.  If the cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the delivery/pick-up date, we have a transaction charge of 10% of the purchase price or minimum of RM15.   As such refunds will be paid back to the customer at purchasing price less 10% or RM15, whichever higher.

The refund will be processed within 7 working days.


ii) Valentine’s Period (delivery/pick-up date : 10th Feb – 15th Feb)

Cancellation of order is not allowed for delivery date/pick-up 10th Feb – 15th Feb.  No refund will be made after the order is placed and paid.  Changes of items are subject to availability.
