Refund Policy

i )  Non Valentine Period (All delivery/pick-up date except 10th Feb – 15th Feb)

As our products are mostly perishable, please revert to us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with the product. All refund request will be dealt on a case by case basis. We will investigate the issue and assist further. Please take note that you will need to email us ([email protected]) the picture of the wilted/damaged/faulty product within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund/ replacement (if any).

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the delivery/pick-up date will not receive a refund.  If the cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the delivery/pick-up date, we have a transaction charge of 10% of the purchase price or minimum of RM10.   As such refunds will be paid back to the customer at purchasing price less 10% or RM10, whichever higher.

The refund will be processed within 7 working days.


ii) Valentine’s Period (delivery/pick-up date : 10th Feb – 15th Feb)

Cancellation of order is not allowed for delivery date 10th Feb – 15th Feb.  No refund will be made after the order is placed and paid.  Changes of items are subject to availability.
