Refund Policy

i )  Non Valentine Period (All delivery/pick-up date except 10th Feb – 15th Feb)

As our products are mostly perishable, please revert to us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with the product. All refund request will be dealt on a case by case basis. We will investigate the issue and assist further. Please take note that you will need to email us ([email protected]) the picture of the wilted/damaged/faulty product within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund/ replacement (if any).

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the delivery/pick-up date will not receive a refund.  If the cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the delivery/pick-up date, we have a transaction charge of 10% of the purchase price or minimum of RM15.   As such refunds will be paid back to the customer at purchase price less 10% or minimum RM15.

The refund will be processed within 7 working days.

 

ii) Valentine’s Period (delivery/pick-up date : 10th Feb – 15th Feb)

Cancellation of order is not allowed for delivery date 10th Feb – 15th Feb.  No refund will be made after the order is placed and paid.  Changes of items are subject to availability.

 

iii) Erroneous Online Transfer

If the customers wrongly pay or transfer the money via online banking or e-wallet or any channels of payment gateway, we reserve the right to charge processing fee of 5% of amount paid or minimum of RM15.  The customer is required to request for refund via email to [email protected].  Customer is required to provide complete details as below for further investigation :

      • Customer’s name, account number and bank name
      • Date of payment 
      • Amount paid
      • Transaction ID
      • Mode of transfer 
      • The money was supposed to be paid to (Name of the Person)
      • Attach transaction slip

The refund will be processed within 7 working days after the verification is complete.
